Non-Refundable Services and Products
At Hokanson Wellness, our services and products are carefully tailored to meet the individual needs of each patient. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Chiropractic adjustments
- Functional medicine consultations
- Personalized treatment plans
- Custom orthotics and supplements
- Acoustic Wave Therapy or other therapeutic services
- Medications and/or Supplements
As these services and products are individualized, they are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Mediation and Arbitration Policy
If you believe a refund is warranted due to unforeseen circumstances or dissatisfaction, you must request mediation or arbitration. By using our services, you agree that:
- Mediation:
- Both parties (you and Hokanson Wellness) will participate in mediation facilitated by a neutral third party in Laconia, NH.
- Mediation aims to resolve disputes amicably without proceeding to arbitration.
- Each party is responsible for its own mediation-related expenses.
- Arbitration:
- If mediation does not resolve the matter, the dispute will proceed to binding arbitration in Laconia, NH.
- Arbitration will be conducted by a qualified arbitrator agreed upon by both parties.
- The arbitrator’s decision will be final and enforceable in a court of law.
- Costs:
Arbitration fees will be shared equally unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund request through mediation or arbitration, follow these steps:
- Submit a written request via email to info@hokansonwellness.com. Include your name, contact information, service or product details, and the reason for your request.
- Hokanson Wellness will review your request and respond within 14 business days to begin the mediation process.
Additional Terms
- Refunds will not be considered for services or products that have been rendered or delivered as prescribed unless the issue is due to a verifiable error or negligence.
- This policy complies with all applicable laws governing healthcare services in New Hampshire.
